Payments/Credits Public Policy
This page explains how payments, credits, taxes and payouts work on PitchWorthy.me for all users.
1. Who you pay
You purchase credits from PitchWorthy.me (we are the seller-of-record). Reviewers are paid by PitchWorthy.me under the Reviewer Programme, you do not purchase services from reviewers directly on this interface.
2. What credits are
Credits are units you can spend on PitchWorthy.me to submit content for reviewer consideration. Credits are not money, not electronic money, not a payment instrument, and not redeemable for cash. Credits are non-transferable and may be used only on PitchWorthy.me.
3. Pricing/taxes
We show prices clearly before checkout. Where required, we charge VAT based on your location and provide a receipt/invoice. Businesses may supply a valid tax ID where applicable.
4. Refunds
Our default remedy is credit-back to your account (not cash) if a submission cannot be processed. Where required by law or payment-scheme rules, we may refund to the original payment method. See our [Refund Policy] for details.
5. Immediate access
By completing the purchase, you request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once access begins. We repeat this confirmation on your receipt.
6. Payment methods security
Payments are processed by licensed providers (e.g., PayPal/Wise/Stripe). We do not store card details. Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) may apply.
7. Payouts for reviewers
Reviewers are paid by PitchWorthy.me upon request to their chosen payout method. Third-party fees/FX may apply. Reviewers are responsible for their own taxes. We may collect tax and identity information to meet reporting obligations before making payouts.
8. Fair use and anti-abuse
We monitor for fraud and abuse. We may pause transactions or reverse earnings in cases of suspected policy violations, chargebacks or misuse.
